Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


To return an item, please click the following box to start the return and refund process:

Once you start the process you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Then you will have to take your package to any location able to receive Royal Mail shipments. Once we have received the item and verify its condition, we will refund your order.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.


Terms and Conditions

- Please note that our policy lasts 30 days since your purchase date. If you pass that window, unfortunately, you will not be able to return the item and we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.
- At this time, we are not able to process exchanges. If you want to exchange an item you will need to process a return and buy it again.
- We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time.


 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return get approved, once the items are inspected, you'll get your refund typically within 72 hours. The refund will be issued in the original method of payment.

Usually the inspection takes 2 hours after your returned items are delivered.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
